While our previous offerings in salt + pepper and spice dispensing earned the esteem of backcountry chef’s, they were honestly big enough for home use. For those fearless, fast + light initiates, that extra space, spice and weight, was simply too much to bear and they chose instead to fuss with plastic zipper bags dusted with a few specks of pulverized parsley or crushed cumin. But, with the launch of the Spice Missile and its first stage, Ultralight Salt + Pepper shaker, we’ve built a pair of clever, modular spicers which are designed to stow in even the smallest and lightest of packs.
